On 1st desember 2013, I bought a radio cassete from your outlet at Betamart near Depok University

Unfortunately, your product has not performed well because your product doesn't work normally. I am disappointed because when i press play button it won't play althougt i just bought your product for 2 days.

To resolve the problem, I would appreciate if u can exchange with a new one which better than i bought.

I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem and will wait until the end of this month before seeking help from a consumer protection agency or the Better Business Bureau. Please contact me at the above address or by phone at 085778000800
